all phases of the project lifecycle; strategizes with scientists and
engineers to estimate resources, determine critical activities, manage
procurements, and identify/mitigate budget and resource issues; processed
baseline changes through the cost/schedule earned value management systems while
adhering to stringent government change control processes; integrates and
reviews all lower level internal and vendor schedules; serves as primary
point of contact for Department of Energy and upper management regarding

etc.); ensures data integrity between schedule and Cobra through SQL and
